About JPVapes
JPVapes is a marketing agency that connects customers in Japan with American vape products. We work with verified manufacturers and suppliers and provide marketing services that introduce their products to the Japanese market. JPVapes does not manufacture products or directly ship the products.

How orders work
When you place an order through our website, we forward it to a verified manufacturer or supplier, who fulfills and ships the order to you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are importing the products for your own personal use.

Personal use and import limits
Under Japanese regulations, individuals may import nicotine-containing e-liquid for personal use within set quantity limits. To comply, every order is limited to a total of 120ml of e-liquid or less, including the liquid contained in disposable devices and prefilled pods. Products are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or distributed to others.

Customer responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 20 years of age or older, that the products are for your own personal use, and that you will not place multiple orders intended to exceed the personal import limit. JPVapes reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to exceed personal use limits or violate these terms.

All products offered through JPVapes are 100% authentic. We work only with verified manufacturers and authorized suppliers, and every product is sourced directly from them. We do not sell counterfeit, replica, or refurbished products.

Products are shipped in their original, factory-sealed packaging. Where the manufacturer provides an authenticity code or verification label, it will be included on the packaging so you can verify the product on the manufacturer’s official website.

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are based on information provided by the manufacturer. Packaging designs, colors, and labels may change from time to time without notice and may differ slightly from the images shown on our website. These changes do not affect the authenticity or quality of the product.

If you have any concerns about the authenticity of a product you received, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and we will investigate promptly.

All product prices on JPVapes are set in US dollars (USD). Prices shown in Japanese yen (JPY) are converted from USD using the current exchange rate and are provided for reference only. Because exchange rates change daily, the yen price of the same product may differ from one day to the next, even when the USD price has not changed.

Your payment is processed in USD. The final amount charged in yen will depend on the exchange rate and any conversion fees applied by your card issuer or payment provider at the time of payment, which may differ slightly from the yen price displayed on our website.

Due to fluctuations in the value of the yen, we have adjusted our pricing structure. The price of every product has been reduced by $10 per item, and this portion of the cost is now included in the shipping fee, which is calculated based on the weight and number of items in your order. Your total payment remains approximately the same as before, while the lower product prices help your order stay within the customs duty exemption limit of ¥16,666.

JPVapes reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time your order is placed.

JPVapes offers several payment options depending on your location and order. Available methods may include Visa, Mastercard, other supported credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Wise, Venmo (US), Zelle (US), and cryptocurrency: ETH, BTC, BNB, SOL, DOGE, and USDT. The options available for your order will be shown during checkout or provided by our support team when applicable.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer an alternative product, the option to wait until it is back in stock, or a full refund.

Restock notifications
If a product you want is sold out, open the product page and enter your email address in the restock notification field. As soon as the product is back in stock, we will send you an email to let you know. You can sign up for notifications on as many sold-out products as you like.
