Shipping Policy

We deliver across Japan. Some remote areas and islands may take longer or carry an additional carrier charge, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are picked and packed on business days. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are usually dispatched the same day; orders placed after it, or at a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day.

Orders paid by bank transfer are only dispatched once the payment has cleared.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the contents of your order.

• Standard delivery — typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Same-day delivery — available in selected areas for an additional fee, shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking details appear in your account under your order, and are sent to you by email.

Carriers will attempt redelivery and may hold your parcel at a local depot. Parcels that go unclaimed are returned to us, and any re-shipping cost is payable before we send the order out again.

An adult signature may be required on delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us through the contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will put it right.
